Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with educational institutions, industry partners, and internal teams to design and implement impactful internship programs aligned with the needs of students and industries.
  • Student Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their internship journey. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for learning and growth.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and community stakeholders to enhance program visibility and participation.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate the logistical aspects of the internship programs, including placements, schedules, and resources, to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for both students and host organizations.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Collect feedback from interns, host organizations, and other stakeholders to assess program effectiveness. Utilize insights to continuously enhance and refine the internship programs.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the YES Internships program, attract quality applicants, and build awareness within the community.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational or internship setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
