SEF is excited to offer Graduate Internship opportunities for talented and passionate individuals who aspire to make a difference in the field of microfinance and community development. Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research, analysis, and data collection to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Participate in the development and implementation of community-based programs aimed at poverty alleviation.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of microfinance programs, including data management and analysis.
- Collaborate with different teams within SEF to contribute ideas and solutions for enhancing our impact.
- Engage in fieldwork, interacting with beneficiaries and communities to understand their needs and challenges.
- Contribute to report writing, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Qualifications
