Responsibilities
  • Support Procurement Operations: Assist in day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase order creation, supplier communication, and order tracking.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and gather intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate supplier performance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the delivery of quality goods and services.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions to enhance procurement processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation. Generate reports to communicate key performance indicators and metrics.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
